Beautiful set up. The new met is really sharp on just about anything. Definately a stand out combo.

Re: So what does this mean??? (New Metanium MGL)
Thanks for sharing. I have a couple but havent had the chance to use them. I thought it had something to do with oiling and meant to find out prior to using them. I feel like I seen some of those papers in the scorp 70 boxes too but cant remember

Re: New 2016 G.Loomis Rods
They are not lighter than NRX. They are slightly heavier due to the components on the rod. I will not say there are advantages. The differences are the actions of the rods. There are several lengths and actions for the new GLX that are not offered in the NRX models. Speaking of the NRX, are there a...

Re: Favorite finesse jigs
What you linked to is not what I would call a finesse jig. To me that's a normal jig in a normal size. I use 3/8 oz Buckeye Mini Mops with the skirt trimmed down fairly frequently. If you're looking for something different, like jigs from another bass fishing market in a a different country, take a...

Most likely shakespere being pumped out of wally worlds 8 days a week. Amoung the frugal anglers that have an unrecognized enthusiest deep down inside, a step up from the ugly sticks is the veritas rods. Ive known tons of guys that buy the crap out of those.

Re: Auction site gems
Good find! I havent looked through items yet but from the looks of it, it looks like a good deal. $3 bucks service fee (to intake from other japan sources), consolidates & weighs products, and ships EMS. Seems pretty straight forward and appears to be designed for international sales primarily, so w...

Re: Fenwick world class
Ive been intersted in these for some time also. I guess one silly reservation I have had (because im ocd) is I believe the powerlux is kinda outdated technology? I know the NRX used to be powerlux unless im mistaken but has since evolved or maybe changed due to aggreaments between companies I dont r...
