I have been using 30lb Sufix 832 on my TDZs for quite a while..its fine. but... I have some 50lb seaguar smackdown here.. I am wondering if you think its too thick for the tdz... it would be Seaguar 50lb .037mm vs Sufix 30lb .029mm

I don't service my own reels.. But I am very interested in doing so. I know about Cals, Penn ,Abus Silicote etc..but I was told by a local guy that Super Lube Synthetic Grease,the stuff in the silver tube is just as good as any. Is this true..? Also are there any videos on this site,that show how t...

So I just got spool of Sufix 832 in 30lb test.. I have the same line on one of my freshwater baitcasters which i was using last season. I need a baitcaster that I can use for jigs,plastics,and shallow cranks.. ponds and small lakes from shore.. What gear ratio,or IPT do you think would be best? Mostly concerned about the crankbaits.. fast ratio reel and cranks,,usually not a great combo,but I don`t know if its a big deal with square...
