15 Aldebaran and Hedgehog Air BFS bearings
Hello everyone! I just installed the hedgehog air bfs bearings on the '15 aldebaran, and there is no free spool. This is not the bfs aldebaran, but just the American 2015 aldebaran. There is a white plastic ring that keeps the spool bearing in place (instead of a c ring). Could this ring possibly be...

Re: How do you fondle your rod?
I wouldn't call anything my local stores have "sensitive" compared to what I run in my lineup  No NRX rods in the state of the company headquarters? That is ridiculous Ryan ](*,) . My local shop, Last Chance Tackle, has a good line-up of NRX and Megabass which is lucky. I play with them occasi...

Re: Duo Realis vs MB 110?
as mentioned above, the visions 110 is best compared to the duo 100sp. I prefer duo most times. putting color aside, I think duo has better hooks and are very sturdy baits. The bill is also very strong and did not crack the many times I have thrown my back into a cast only for the bill to take the f...

Re: Jackall poison adrena 610m
yeah no jigs or carolina w the medium for the upper weight rating. most i would use for a jig on the 6'10" adrena medium is a 3/16oz +plastic. The MH is also a tad light in power. The 7'3" Heavy is spot on though. As you mentioned, it is good for jerkbaits. I wouldnt throw a 3/4oz jerkbait on it tho...

Re: Reel sound question
There Shouldn't be too much wear on your pinion gear. You should be fine. Unlike the numbs kills on YouTube doing free spool spinning tests and Jenkins the reel forward to re-engage gear, which of course slips since the reel is spinning. Just don't do it often. Once your pinion wears, it's not expen...

Try giving lews a call. They may be able to source one for you. It's one heck of a reel.

Re: ZPI Sic bearings and pinion gear bearing question
Hi TT, I was wondering what the ZPI Sic bearing lure ratings were. Hedgehog AIR, AIR HD, ZR, ZHI, etc have lure ratings, but I could not find the ratings for ZPI bearings. Also, does anyone change out the pinion gear bearings to ceramic? I have had issues with saltwater getting in there and ruining...

doubt you will be able to get an adrena through their warranty service. When my adrena broke, they could not give me another since they did not have any in stock.

Is this the previous one? I have a new one. Never seen water or line. I also have an extra spool for it. It's a left hand retrieve 7:1.
