Just for giggles, I just went and swapped a Zillion R knob onto a used Zillion TW HD I have in the shop. Fits perfectly fine. Did you make sure you didn’t leave the bushing in the bottom of your SV103 knobs?

Re: Daiwa Zillion handle
Interesting, because I have a set of knobs from a Zillion Type R handle on mine. And those knobs interchange with every other Daiwa and RCS knob out there.

Re: Daiwa Zillion handle
I had the same issue. I used a fork where I bend all but two of the fingers back. Still havent found knobs that fit the handle of the Zillion HD though. Did you have any luck? Any Daiwa or RCS knob will fit it. It does not! I tried the knobs of my SV103 on the Zillion HD and the knobs do not fit......

Re: Micro Module Gear Core MG8 SVS infinity
At this point, I think your best option would be to find a 12 Exsence DC and I am sure you could swap some MM gears/pinion from something else by now. You may be a test subject though. You would also be missing the SVS system but the DC+ system on that reel is probably better if you like DC. That i...

Re: Daiwa steez
It could be a few things causing your issue. Most likely it’s a dirty or failing bearing, but could also be a worm gear set. You can send it in to us at The Tackle Trap and we will go through it top to bottom and make it better than new.

Re: Daiwa Zillion handle
Thanks ... I’ve always just replaced complete handles before. Do I need a special tool to get the caps off? I don’t want to scratch things up being a dumbass. Yes there is a tool for doing those knob caps. It can be purchased I believe from Hedgehog and possibly Daiwa. you can use a clip to pull ou...

Re: ZPI Bearings & When to clean?
So I recently purchased ZPI bearings for a few of my reels & I really do like how accessible they are. Since they do not have a shield, how often should I flush them & reapply oil? With my other bearings, I only do this once or maybe twice a year depending on how much I use a particular reel. Thank...

Re: Frankensteining the SV103...
The magnets are not the issue with reel feeling over braked. It’s the inductor on the stock spool. That’s why I’ve been running the Zillion SV spool. It opens the 103 up emmensley.

The Tatula will handle those weights. I am assuming you're meaning weight plus plastic. But as LgMouthGambler stated, the Tatula SV is right up your alley.
