Don't do it. They don't upgrade the shipping container so whatever container is used in Japan will be what comes to your door. The shipping costs can be outrageous too. I use the jwill heads...the hook on these is stout....

I have used mine in a pinch for frogs....It works ok, but there are many better choices for this technique imo.

As stated earlier the longer rod will allow you to cast further and move more line on the hook-set...I say go long

You can use it for bottom bait in a pinch, but I prefer to use it for what it was made for ...frogs...best frog rod on the market imo
