In the spring they feed heavily on mulberries you could use a fly that looks like one and as soon as hits the water they will take it so long as you have mulberry bushes around your area

The odds of both reels being bad are very rare since you took them apart I would think you voided the warranty.
You also had two citica 200e's that you took apart and felt very geary I would stop trying to fix the reels and send them out

I bought a Samsung tv and it died after about 30 days they mailed me a new tv within 2days and a prepaid return I had to bring the old one to the ups store before they handed me the new one but had no charge lets just say I'm a life long Samsung customer so I do see your point if they had just told ...
