Re: MB Zonda Hedgehog BFS spool corrosion

I have the above mentioned reel and I have been saltwater fishing with it. Recently I notice some corrosion (pitting) in the spool rim. Is the spool body aluminum or magnesium? Any solution to stop the corrosion spread? Thanks All you can really do to prevent future issues, is remove spool and clea...

What kind of super glue is that?
I think it is a writing error. It's Super Lube (Grease) in picture.
Maybe, whats the bottle next to it in the photo?

How do you mean? While I cannot know what he means, I note that Digitaka has it at 63.000 JPY https://www.digitaka.com/list.php?maker=4&category=4&series=2&item=STEEZ+LTD+SV+TW As always, the reels are sold below suggested retail price... Correct. People were looking at recommended retail, it is al...

Re: Drop Shot Tip

Dont drop shot much down here, but when I do, I prefer the easy adjustability of the pinch weights. Moving from one area or just locating of fish, I find the pinch weights better.

Re: Lucky craft issues

Venting here, purchased three lightning pointers. From what I read they should suspend. All three of mine float. I called lucky craft to see what I should do. They said I should take them back to the retailer. If they won’t take them then I can call back. Why should my local shop be out of three mo...

Re: It's True: ElaZtech does indeed melt...

I keep mine between my butt cheeks where it's outta the sun and the temp is consistently 98.6. Although, i could be in trouble if I'm.running a fever. On top of all that, there's a bonus scent that drives fishies crazy. Wont work for everyone though. The sun shines out from there with some people. ...

You talking these kind of "trucks"... IMG_20200821_052946.jpg IMG_20200821_053047.jpg Caught these two Mall Crawling here in Aus. Seriously overdone in all aspects, not useful for us other than d*ck wagging rights. Yep lots of American trucks getting around up north as well. Dodge Rams being the mo...

That would hold roughly 75 yards of a #40 braid
Most of the Japanese light jigging reels seem to hold about the same. Given the intended use of this reel or Shimano's Stile range, 200m of PE1 is a fair bit. Say 200 yards of good quality Japanese 20+lb braid.

Re: New Curado 70 mgl K

They have produced a scorpion version of all the newest curados so far so they will most likely have one of this model coming out. I'm hoping they do anyways, I'd like a smaller version of the current scorpion mgl. i just want this new MGL spool for my Engetsu. It already has the MM gears and as a ...

Re: Exsence dc 17 dc sound gone

I think on the Ecsence reels, the dc only works at the end of a cast. So probably doesnt engage in scenario you are giving. Take it out for a cast, whine should start say 1/2-2/3 of way to touchdown.
