How does it compare to an SV103? Thats my only real reference as that is what I have.

I dont know about perfect, but I use my SV103XS on a MB XX EMTF and I like it.

I'd like to know what makes this reel so desirable? I see a lot of people love theirs and would like to know why? I have an itch...

Thats the Medium version of the MH rod I recommend.

I like this one best. Its the exact rod my cousin got and I love it. Its his jerkbait/topwater rod.

You're not asking too much. I use my MB XX jerkbait special for both jerkbaits and topwater. Its a great rod for both. My cousin has the KLX 6'9" MH-mod/fast rod for jerkbaits and topwater and its also a great rod.

I use 3700 boxes and the original bags they came in.

There is a large zipper area in the back that holds tons of bags of plastics. I also put them in 3700 and load them up front.

I use a Daiwa SV103HS for this rod. Its a great combo.

I use a Wild River bag. Its awesome. Well built and holds a lot of stuff. They come in a variety of sizes.
