Re: F vs XF
Some who know me understand why I'm writing this, and I'm going to be nice about it, but the only reason to use a true rated XF is light wire single point presentation. Literally no other reason on Earth. The feedback is amplified, if ever so slightly, but everything from playing to landing is somew...

Re: LIN10
Origin is perhaps my most coveted of all. It's strictly a 1.5oz plus deep cranker for me, eats it up with ease. Only available in lefty though, lucky me. Zirconia Meteor a beauty, same for Black Jungle. They all see use, but not too much, as I intend to keep them as long as I walk this planet.

Re: Credit Card Compromised at TackleWarehouse
Y'all better check your PayPal's too! I just got hit with two unauthorized charges for $500 that only showed up on my bank statement coincidentally the day I use PayPal to check out on tackle warehouse. Ugh!!!! Anyone experience the same? I've said it a dozen times to others; don't use paypal for p...

Re: Please Help
Yes. Simply place it in an appropriate box, safely placed for shipping, same box the replacement arrived in is fine, and bring it with the label to P.O. or shipping outlet or whatever near you. The label is prepaid meaning it costs you nothing. It's on their dime. And for what it's worth I lost coun...

Re: Fishing Docks with Hard swim baits
tips would be greatly appreciated You’re gonna think I’m crazy but try fishing these with fluorocarbon. It’ll weight the floater nose down promoting movement. As for your cast put a slight angle to it, not straight vertical. And you want a fairly firm stick to feel the bait, so you can let it move,...

Re: COFFEE....!
Can’t live without coffee. Pretty sure the brain needs it to stay wet. And I’m not picky, been sipping since percolators from childhood. And I don’t get the idea of decaf. What’s the point? Just simple regular roast for me. None of this ‘bold’ industry trick to get people spending more either. They ...

Re: Jointed Claw Shift - better than standard JC?
^^^ to Cal and hoohoorjoo you listen... Just buy it, man. But since you ask of vs 175SS I'll assume you have one. If so, then get the 178F. Proceed from there. Shift is a newer addition to Craft lineup, I have only one, barely even toyed with it yet. But just looking at it you can see it's a more 's...

Re: HELP! Need some tips for freshwater fishing.
Now THAT is a loaded inquiry. I love it… Look, first thing you do is call your friend. Second thing you do is dig around the internet and find some local tackle shops in that area. Call them and ask them. These steps could set you up just right. And while many here would love to offer a buyer guide,...

Re: Dyeying plastic worms
Rit fabric dye works like a champ with plastics. Follow dilution instructions the stuff is permanent. Rinse them with soap and water first, let them dry, then proceed. Warm/hot water is key, the harder the plastic the warmer you go. Do NOT get the concentrate (or dilution) on your skin, don't ask me...

Re: Flourocarbon on Spinning reel
You don't say what size your reel is. But if that happened with Tatsu then your test rating is probably too high. It's not the line. My guess is you're holding a 1000 series spinner. If so, you should be able to get away with 6lb test but that's about it. There are very few better handling fluoro ou...

Re: How do you secure loose line on the spool?
^^^ I use loops as well, always in the boat, but Rapid Fishing Solutions Line Clip indoors. Little tricky until you figure right feel though, no need to cinch line all the way through the crease, rather just enough to hold firm is all. You'll go too far and not far enough before you figure it but ot...

Re: Versatile Heavy Rod vs Specialists
Many sticks lend versatility, but truth is if you want to find success, you need to give yourself the best chance to succeed. This means equipment up to task. But can you find success otherwise? Using just one all-purpose stick to account for all-purpose use? Yes. But you would be limiting your odds...
