Re: Forum thoughts on my rod/reel combo
Hey AU88, welcome to TT.
That's a very nice combo! Overkill, maybe, but the rod and reel will serve you well, and with the saltiga you can horse that ling away from its hole.
Will be a good combo for halibut in the bay and others as well.

Signature feature turned back on - ProStaff Please Read
The signature feature has been turned back on.
For those who previously had a signature it was removed. So please click on PROFILE that's above the ads and input your textual signature.
Also, we'd appreciate it if pro-staffers made their affiliations known in their signatures
Thanks!

It looks like Jackall hasn't updated their website yet.
It is different than the Smash Minnow. Different internal design.

Re: Olympus Stylus 760
illini, have you checked out the Olympus Stylus 770 SW?
The SW models are waterproof instead of the 760 which as you know is only weatherproof.
I too am a Nikon fan when it comes to DSLR, but those Canon's aren't too bad. I still have my F601 (N6006)

Some people on the forum wear motorcycle helmets. That'll keep you warm and protected for sure, but I remember some said it's heavy!
