I've got a z2020 and a z200.. Both have a plastic/composite palm plate.

Don't own a zillion sv or tat sv but I've got the others.
I'd rate them like this:

1. Steez sv
2. Sv 103
3. Sv 105
4. Ss sv

Not sure about a solvent, never needed one. Heating the screw head wuth a soldering iron may help a little. I guess I've been really lucky with these screws of death, a firm grip and decent screw driver has always been enough. So far.. lol

Nice collection! Love the Cielos.. Got two of em and don't use them much any more for fear of breaking them.

Tatsu is the best I've tried.. Sniper is pretty good too but a little stiffer and not as sensitive.

It's fantastic for frogs but can handle light punching, small swmbaits, heavy jigs & plastics too.
Love this rod.

Definitely the TDZ. One of the best reels ever made and it still holds up against the latest n greatest.
