Daiwa Sv103 magnets not engaging
I sent my reel to daiwa because of gear problems, got it back and the magnets aren't engaging. If i crank the spool tension it will slow the spool down but the magnets are doing nothing. Any ideas?

Spinning gear is great for open water situations, I use spinning setups for smallmouth often as well as walleye and steelhead. Some 15# braid to 10# flouro with an FG knot makes for a sensitive, easy casting set up and you can still kinda bully big fish. The drag systems are smoother allowing you to...

This is what you’re asking for and it comes from the editors of Tackle Tour. Depends on how heavy of popper and prop baits your talking. Most of the stuff i do is half ounce and up so, 14#mono 7MH st.croix LE. If under half ounce you might want a M power rod and lighter line.
