Re: New Evergreen rods
Has anyone procured any of these new GT/RS rods and fished it? Im interested in the Stallion RS 6 9" review. I been eyeing the 1st gen Grand Cobra TKIC-611XMH-BK (split full EVA 158 gram model 3/8-4oz, aurora, T1100G) for well over a year, but I just couldn't pull the trigger. JLS had told me they c...

Re: **Another good Canyon episode**
Were you at boulder cove or on the main lake? I was there the other day on the main lake and tortilla creek. The lake was like glass and the moon was bright - just beautiful. I was throwing an i-slide 262, hinkle trout, and a LT field mouse right before dark, and caught some nice 3-6lbers. I notice ...

Re: best topwater frogs
I have also had the best luck with the Live Target Koppers frog. Which is interesting because I don't like anything else live target makes and don't use any of their hard baits as to me it seems like they just try to make fancy looking baits that catch the fisherman but the action is nothing specia...

Re: best topwater frogs
Im a frog aficionado, and tried most, if not all the popular brands, and the one I go to the most since its debut, is the Livetarget/ Koppers frogs. Along with my MB super red demon and 50lb braid, I have not yet lost/missed a single bass (knock on wood)

Re: Auction site gems
Did Megabass only make 50 each of the Monoblock Racing Condition HG68? This one is beat up and the price seems aspirational. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Megabass-Monoblock-racing-condition-HG68-World-limited-50-items-Right-handle-/142493554134?hash=item212d4715d6:g:vykAAOSwxw1ZqMNr You think that price...

Re: **Tonight's work at Saggie**
I see you took advantage of Saggies abundance offerings as of late! I hit Sag two weeks ago during the monsoon and I took out over 30 bass in a two day period , 11 of which were over 5 lbs and a few near 10lbs, a lot within the 2-3lbs range, and of course.... dinkers. I stop scaling fish if it wasn'...

9ice!
Yeah the moon was pretty bright last weekend. Big freaky bass were deep-throating cranks all weekend, LOl
I'm going to guess you're at Bartlett? Perhaps Pleasant? Maybe Roosevelt?
ETA: I see you mentioned saguaro; thats typically a busy and pressured lake. I avoid that lake, LOl
