It's not an upgrade to the Viento, the Megaforce line retails for around $70, IIRC. I'm pretty sure Cabelas has this online now, as well.

I've never tried the Hardcore bodies, but being branded, they probably are the same thing as you would buy finished.

Re: Crankbait and topwater 'blanks'
Jann's has the best selection, most of the supply houses carry the basic models, which is all that Stamina and others even stock. Don't get your hopes up on the performance of these blanks, like anything, you'll find a few diamonds in the rough, you have to wade through a lot to find those, unfortun...

Re: Using PayPal for JDM tackle
That really sucks! I hope it all works out for you in the end, and I'm confident you have taken all the correct steps.

Cover Lure
Trying to find a site for these guys, there is a coverlure.com, but it's a parked page, anyone know the site?
In addition, I'd like to get a few with my club logo on it, anyone happen to know the artwork requirements?
Finally, in the lat sentence before the rating table, 'Buy' should read 'by'.

Re: chatterbaits
I've had mixed results with these things. They look like they would be a killer grass type bait, and I throw them there, but seem to have my best luck with them around wood. I've also learned to not throw them with braid, they tend to get hung up a lot less with co-polymer. As far as colors, black/b...

Re: Reel Paint?
Forgot to give you the site, which at the time I was looking, was the cheapest place (including shipping) to get it from, papilio.com. The fixative....get that from Wal-mart or something and avoid the hazard charge, what they're selling is Krylon Crystal Clear acrylic. If you try to put some on a cu...

Re: Reel Paint?
To be honest, the only thing stopping me from trying is that D.R. doesn't live close enough to put the damn thing back together for me
I've need to send my Calcutta to him anyway, might send along one for him to take apart and just send the outside back.
