Thems def some good Northern fish!!

Any update? I was in the same boat myself and nearly bought that same rod so I'm curious

Fish from dusk till Dawn!! I've found that once it's DARK I don't do very well unless there's a moon....does seem to be a quiet period from dusk until the moon wakes em up. And then it seems to get quiet again eventually until I switch baits to something louder

Just recently got a few spoons to try, can't wait to give em a shot!!

I feel they are nice walking baits. The thing that I find unique about them is the creepy sound they make!! Not so much the full size but if you can find the smaller size anywhere, that's the $$$!!

Seems like the bigger they are, the louder they are!!

It's definitely easy to overbuy from them and a lot of the time it's stuff you'll never use!!

I would also have to say that the heat is the culprit. Not sure how long it takes but I had a NiP Lucky Craft in my car door that did that after a while. I would also imagine that direct sunlight would speed that up

I throw both. Walk the dog is more fun to work but you gotta go with what the fish want & a lot of time it's the popper. Which is also FUN when they're eating it!!

Which Megabass bait was the Pupfish a copy of? Pardon my ignorance, and can I still buy some? It was my understanding that Megabass copied Pupfish... Hardgill floater is my fav swimbait, I toss it on 17# cxx

The latest 3:16 releases really dropped the prices of their hardbaits. I bought mine when they were round $200 a bait and lost my arse after the releases and they were going for around retail. I'd recommend the Matt's anyday

Grandma was out last night with my dad doing some catfishing. They didn't get any big'uns but I thought it was funny seeing her get a nasty yellow cat!!

I usally have that happen mostly in the Spring. Sometimes I think the fish are just good!!
