Re: Rods/reels you regret not buying
Daiwa 50th reel. They were all over the place and I never bought one, always forgot to pick one up.

Re: Rats vs Fish Profile
I've been throwing rats for the past year with mixed results. I know it has potential.

Re: Brand new ito
I had one NIB but I couldn't let it sit and collect dust so I use it now. Sad part I already have two and still couldn't keep it on the shelf.

Re: Dumb Question
Pretty sure I have the sinking ones. I'm almost tempted to dust them off and give them another go in the fall.

Dumb Question
I was cleaning out some tackle the other day and found a handful of Spro bbz-1 swimbaits. When they came out they looked great, looked even better in the water but I never could catch anything off them, guess that's how they made it in storage. Anyone ever catch fish on them?

Re: New techniques
Pick a new technique and take 1-3 rods and work at it. It has worked for me in the past more often than not. Do not fall back on what you are comfortable doing and pick up and plastic worm. Leave the other rods home or lock them in the box and leave the key at home.

Re: MB Dark Sleeper
I have been using them here and there this year without much luck. I haven't dedicated time to really get to know the bait yet. Looks great in the water and should be a killer around me as we have several different species of darter fish that look very similar.

They seem to be hard to find in most of the most productive colors right now.

Yeah, knowing how a bait will run straight out of the package is a bad thing, right? Sorry, Storm's QC was not great back then.

That's the whole point, they were erratic. If their QC was stellar they wouldn't of been the baits they were.
