Re: Antares 2019?
Weird with all of TB's shimano reels, they didnt do a side to side comparison with other reels.... I really wanted to get an idea of the size for this 70 sized antares. Their video was all about nothing lol

Re: Alphas CT 70 in stock at Digitaka!
Does someone mind explaining the spacers to me? Are the orange spacers attached solidly to the frame or they are sorta loose? And when you remove the new alpha spool, do the orange spacers fall out too?
I want 1 too but.... Thx in advance.

Re: Steez AGS casting rods
Owned the 7'1" MH X-fast. The rod was nice, but I returned it. It wasn't NRX or even close to GLX...honestly my Exprides were more sensitive. Great, great rod, but if you're getting it for bottom bouncing techniques just go with a Loomis or an Expride if you want to save some coin. Appreciate the h...

Re: Any new Steez rods coming to USA market?
Daiwa doesn't want to sell us nutjobs any of their elite jdm rods All they care about is tatula and putting a spider logo on everything . Seems weird no announcements since zillion and steezXT rods have been discontinued. Daiwa, we need more Jdm steez rods over here, please....

Re: Steez AGS casting rods
For now I own 7’1” MH 7’2”MH 7’4”XH 7’6”H For bottom contact, 7’4 is my favorite. The 7’2 is an phenomenal single hook moving bait rod. It is the best rod in the line up imo. Looking to get another bottom contact but can’t decide if I want another 7’1mh or 7’4xh. Perhaps the 7’1h. Do you think the ...

Re: Steez AGS casting rods
Pretty much my weightless combo with light t-rigs up to only 1/4oz. I dont go any heavier. I'm sure it will handle up to 3/8 fine. The rod is a bit softer compared to your regular ex fast we have for the nrx or croix rods. Edit: also using 12lbs shooter and will normally max out on the rod line rat...

Re: Steez AGS casting rods
I'm also pretty interested in this thread. Anyone with the steez ags baitcast rods, please share your input?? I have the STZ761MMLFS AGS for 2 years to drop dropshot 1/2 - 3/4oz, and honestly really impressed how sensitive it is (over previous extreme hp). In general, i prefer medium fast/jdm taper ...

Re: Mail Call
Finally got this handle installed...all I can say is Bigly (or Big League).. rsz_1bigly.jpg The nice thing about that handle is that the Battler/Poker combo now balances on the lockdown nut, it was very tip forward even with that reel at 8oz with line. Feels much better in hand now. On to the other...
