The new expride is 9ft rated for up to 7 oz I think.

I use the 50gh on an nrx 802. It is amazing light and small enough that I can pick up slack by reaching under and using the drag star with my reel hand. Perfect for jerk baits!

Will there be a 70 version of the new Curado K?

It sits on the drive shaft just before the drag compression washers go on.
The mgl also has a bushing on the worm gear and one per knob that can be replaced with bearings.

They are incredibly heavy.

Not sure about the casitas, but for the same price (on here) you can pick up a curado 70 that would have the alum frame. They are are a great little reel for the money and would probably feel more refined. Again haven't fished the casitas... just thinking out loud.
