Re: Light and Long Cranking Setup
Maybe a L to ML Shimano sea bass offering? Those lengths in casting rods for tiny plugs are more common in salt rods. You might when find some inshore rods from domestic brands too.

Brailst? P5 Dark Sleeper? I know the xx Brailist is like the EMTF of the old xx series when the current EMTF became a crankbait rod.

Re: Daiwa Tatula 300 Question
Does anyone happen to know the proper size for the handle? My 300 just arrived and I can't figure out if its 7x4mm or 8x5mm? I see that some Tatula are 8x5mm but I don't know if that applies to all of them (and I don't have my calipers handy) Thanks I like the gomexus metal 6 point stars for my new...

If you're a collector of these old sticks then I'd day get it. Seems like a rare one and that price is Espada money.

Re: Megabass jadepython fine shootist info
Looks very similar to the F1.5 63xti Espada from the same era. Mine is more of a plug rod with more of a "stream rod" build than what I would consider BFS. The handle is too short and the rod bends down to the reel seat too much to be a BFS rod. While it's not a trout rod it's certainly not like an ...

Re: All new steez sv tw
Maybe I am over saturated with cheap Aliexpress carbon handles but I now associate them with cheap and have an appreciation for a nice forged alloy handle. But if you want carbon fiber, 95mm and Zillion HD like knobs then for $11 this can be yours. https://a.aliexpress.com/_mqU6n0Q https://i.ibb.co...

What is this
The real non knock off version. I found this on Aliexpress and want to know what the original version if there is one is called. https://i.ibb.co/7jXNwkv/S2104567d45b54e3598d9a3680e845813-Q.webp I like the wake action in the video when set up as a wake bait. https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256805782...

Re: Lets see all them Daiwa's
Don’t know why, sometimes we just plain stupid, with 3 of the Alphas SV TW 800 and 800s I have, some how I spent the same amount with lesser reel. I like the color and mag dial location on the Tatula 80 and 70 reels better than the silver and upsidown dial nub on my Alphas TW. I just wish my 80 spo...

Re: Lets see all them Daiwa's
Just got a Tatula 80 and picked up a cheap carbon handle with long EVA knobs. Reel and handle was like $130 total. Reminds me of a mini Zillion HD.

Re: Daiwa Tatula 200 or Type HD (beater saltwater reel)
If you really want to be cheap the Johncoo Ares would be a good beater 200+ capacity reel for salt. You'll need to grease and oil as they come dry and crunchy/geary out of the box. I have 2. $48 aluminum frame and double aluminum side place double pinion suppored 9.9 oz 200/300 size reel. It's big ...
