I went with the Stella Fj for the fact I love how they Keep improving the internals of the reel. I will be trying out the new exist also it looks like a damn good reel it will be my first high end Daiwa.

On the new Stella on your website it says it has the MGL rotor. So is the rotor on the new Stella CI4+ or magnesium?

I can’t wait to see what they did to the gears on the inside it said micro module 2 so I’m guessing they made the teeth even smaller? Can’t wait to check it out!

I would imagin that it’s all metal it doesn’t have the MGL rotor so I say it’s still all metal

The more I find out about the new stella the more I know that I’m going to wait micro module 2 sounds really interesting to me i feel like they made the gear teeth smaller along with this reel having x protect plus more! Just need to decide on which model to pre order there are 4 I’m desiring on eit...

I just saw some information about the 2018 stella coming out from what I read it has X protect, micro module gear 2 that’s all I was able to see you can find photos on Instagram.

Stella or vanquish
I’m considering getting either a Stella C2000S or the vanquish FW TUNE 1000SHG but I am not sure which one to go with it will be used lure fishing for trout and maybe casting smaller hair hugs for small mouth. Any suggestions on which one to get?
