I'm wondering if the handle on the Patriarch XT baitcaster, or the handle on the Carbonlite will fit a Revo STX (09 version), and if they do, do i need to get the drag star too, or will the handle fit fine without a dragstar to match.

depends what you are trying to accomplish, if you are stroking it off the bottom big weights are prefered but for the normal texas rig the rule of thumb is go with the smallest weight you can while keeping contact with the bottom :D Stroking is a completly different techniqe however, it consists of ...
