Re: Concept Z anti-reverse bushing?
So still it is technically a no BALL bearing reel. I figured it always had the standard style AR bearing, unless it had a very precise dog tooth system, but that would still offer slight back play. Handled another one of these reels not long ago, felt pretty smooth and tighter tolerances than I ori...

Mark, mark poulson wrote:I do not want to tear my Concept Z reel down if I don't have to, so I am asking here first.
Does the Concept Z have an anti-reverse bushing instead of a bearing?
The Concept Z uses the same needle bearing anti-reverse we use in the Concept A and C.

Re: Omen Green 72H Spinning
Yes the 72H spinning rod will work great for these baits as long as you’re not throwing the super large ones. I would recommend a frog up to 60mm and jigs no larger than a ½ oz.

Re: Loose knobs on Concept C
We apologize that your product has an issue: if you have play in your knobs it can definitely be adjusted easily and quickly. Unscrew the handle knob caps and remove the phillips head screw inside the knob. Under that screw should be at least one small shim washer. You can add a washer here between ...

They are pretty similar in size. The Concept C is narrower, but both are similar height and length from front to back.

Re: New Line of Concept Reels
Currently we do not have an additional "shallow" spool option in development. The majority of Concept owners give us the opposite feedback, they want HIGHER capacity spools. We have addressed this over the last two seasons introducing our new models with our deeper spool option. The Concept Series i...

Re: Looking to try a 13 rod
To throw a 3/8oz tube we recommend the new 7'3" MH Envy Black(EB2C73MH casting or EB2S72MH). Ricky 13 Fishing Im a tournament fisherman and I have been using Loomis rods for sometime. I have wanted to try a couple of the 13 rods and do a little head to head comparison. What 7'+ rod would be recommen...

Re: new envy rods no recoil guide
Interestingly everyone has a very set opinion on REC guides. The majority of our consumers and anglers overwhelmingly wanted to move away from the recoil guides. The recoil guide is a great guide....very durable. Perhaps you will see it again in the future on another 13 Fishing product line. I think...

Re: Envy?
When you get these in your hands and compare them to the highest level rods on the market....then feel the actions, reel seats, materials......you will see the value. We delayed this project a full year to get these perfect. They are as refined a product as 13 Fishing has ever launched. Countless ho...

Re: New Line of Concept Reels
I was just reading an article here on TT about how most manufacturers refresh their line of reels every 3 to 5 years or so. Also, I noticed that Tacklewarehouse no longer carries the Concept E. That got me thinking, will there be newer models of the Concept A, C, E & TX coming out in the years to c...
