I'll have to update my post for 2022 tonight. I picked up a few reels and handles this winter including a Airity, Zillion HD, Conquest 200 HG, and a couple of Livre handles.

They're a little slower than some of the other Japanese shops. I wouldn't worry about getting your reel though.

If you’re not stuck on size and are putting it on the Flyssa, I’d highly recommend getting a 4000 size reel. The larger spool diameter will help with casting distance. It will also have a smoother drag since there’s more surface area to contact on the drag washers.

If you mean the Dire Wolf 7, then yes. I picked one up this winter. I haven't been able to fish it because our lakes are frozen, but it feels parabolic in bend with a really strong backbone. I plan on using it for bladed jigs.

I'm a little disappointed that there's no USDM 4000 XH model. I like the larger spool for line management and the high speed for most applications.

Could someone explain this blank’s taper? Does it have a soft tip that goes into a stiff backbone or is the tip like an 852?
