I’ve got 20 Metaniums on all my rods EXCEPT my NRX 852c. I got a alde 30 mgl hg & it seems like that rod/reel combo was made for each other, good balance & stupid light

I wasted money on 2 diff dobyns extreme generation models. Ended up selling them to a buddy, he fished them maybe 2 weeks before he sold them. Said his $150 Duckett micro magic was more sensitive, I definitely didn’t argue with him. Rod was dead in my hands

Wonder if I should take my Metanium 2020 mgl off my green nrx 893 for this reel, closest reel I ever seen to match that rod. I actually won a bfl with the curado 70xg on my 893, so I know what that combo is capable of
