Re: Bass Pro Shops new baitcasters for 2005? Anyone try'em?
i would have to agree about the reels. Dont buy them! Worked at bass pro and now live about a block away, on bass pro dr. hmmm not so funny. Anways pretty much any BPS prduct is watered down and not the greatest. They arnt tackle specific, so funding doesnt go towards just reels. Look for shimano or...

Re: Underwater Cameras Vs Fish Finders
fish finder, because you cant go 70 with an aqua vu hangin out the back. The Aqua View is nice for stationary lookin, but not for an overall view of the bottom and the contours. look at a lowrance!

power pro braid by far is the best. Period i use that for salt water and fresh water applications and have had no problems with it. Put a mono backing and you should be fine.

Re: Poll: Who Makes the Best Glass Bass Boats?
ranger and triton are WAY WAY over rated. Most people feel that they are the best because of all the press they get and the "TV" time they recieve. I have an older skeeter that has a great ride and is simple. Personally the bass cat, gambler, and allison are the best boats for the money. If they wer...

Re: Working a Sammy????
Ive got one and have had great success on them. Give it some time and when you learn the quarks about the bait you can use it to your advantage. Cant always expect great things right out of the start and just cause they cost 15 bucks doesnt mean they will catch every bass in the lake

Re: Berkley Vanish Fourocarbon for spinning reel
no doubt its great line, but it is a little tough to handle on spinning gear. I use it mainly for baitcast with drop shot, cranks, and spinner dinners. Good luck with it and try some out its not that expensive so if you hate get rid of it.
