Re: Addermine gone?

I assuming the entire line is gone. As certain model is out of stock probably won't see it listed anymore. Could be wrong but I can see them doing the entire lineup over with more durable blanks.

Probably because of breakage issues
If so surprised the Daemos isn't gone as well.

Re: New Megabass Destroyers

Hey TT members need some feedback on the Landsat. Just curious if it’s built with micro guides like US Destroyer and hoping for one power less than the Addermine. And obviously how it fishes. Thanks

Re: New Megabass Destroyers

Example, my FMJ and Daemos(2nd one) exploded same day two weeks ago. So let me get this straight: you broke not one, but two MB rods on the same day?? What are the odds? Correct, off shore smallie fishing 30fow. FMJ snapped in two places on hook set with jig in grass 50ft from boat. Daemos snapped ...

Re: New Megabass Destroyers

MB will handle it very quick and professionaly. First year of warranty is free replacement, 2 and 3rd year owner must pay 40% of retail. Example, my FMJ and Daemos(2nd one) exploded same day two weeks ago. Cost to me is $339 after taxes. MB was very quick once they received broken rods to contact me...

Re: Dobyns rods 40% off on Sportsmans Outfitters

My DX741SF should arrive tomorrow but received email from Sportsmans Outfitters that the DX742SF is out of stock. Gave me option to choose another DX rod but also included a list that Dobyns was out of as well. Ended up with refund on 2nd rod.

Re: New Poison Adrena

Anyone with feedback on the 72M Regular taper? Handle length?, which I hope is 15". Looking to pick up a rod for double duty, vision 110 and jigging lipless cranks. Currently have X4 RattleViper and Expride 68ml glass looking for something slightly longer.

Re: Dobyns Xtasy power question

Phippy, what baits/sizes and techniques do you use your 752s for? Thinking about getting one for 1/4 and occasionally 3/8 drop shot. Possibly ned rigs and light tubes. Thanks! Mostly 1/8-3/8 jig heads. Tubes and anything finesse from swimbaits/ned rigs, you get the picture. Its a true fast action a...

Re: Dobyns Xtasy power question

I know this will probably fall on deaf ears but if you’re fishing 1/2oz football heads in 30-40 fow you’re going to have a hard time setting the hook with even the 755. I fished my 755 with jigs in 15-20’ of water and unless I did a full on flipping hookset, the tip would just not bury the hooks......

I've fished a buddy's 753c and I think you'll want at least a 4 power if you're going to fish 1/2 ounce in deep water.
Thanks, that's what I was leaning towards. Care to give your opinion on the 753 in terms of performance?

Dobyns Xtasy power question

Hoping few Dobyns fanboys still hang around. Looking for some input between the 3-4 power differences. Been loving my 752s so I'm going to give a casting model a try but undecided on 3 or 4 power. Off shore fishing grass flats/transitons chasing smallies around perch/smelt I have two rods rigged up ...

Re: NRX 901 SJR Special Run

Just a little inside info but not 100% accurate. Friend of mine called me today if I want to order a 902s said u bet ya. Delivery sometime in November limited run on both models. Again just word of mouth.

Re: R.I.P. NRX 872s

Well either direction you go with the warranty claim Loomis is going to give you another 872. I guess you could sell your replacement for something different. I recently just snapped my 902s after owning it since first release, clearly my fault. Called up to use the expeditor program and since my ro...

Megabass Haze Dong. In assorted sizes/colors. Always produces.
This, still can't believe how well the 3" produces dead sticked DS. Colors are insane especially the new ones.
