From what I am reading, and the techniques you want to use the reel for; if I were you I would just pick up a PX-R/PX68, slap a set of Boca ABEC 7's in it and call it a day. Unless you are looking to throw super small cranks (Sub 1/8 oz) the PX-R/PX68 will do everything you need it to.
