First off, NO! I'm not interested in selling

I have in my possession a New Daiwa Presso Baitcaster which has never been spooled up or even been on a rod.

Any ideas as to value?

What's not to get? Some guys collect watches, old coins or currency, samurai swords, or any number interesting, rare, or even bazaar things. Those things are all "just a _____" too. ;) Some guys, like myself, collect rare, high end fishing tackle. Some of it I use, some of it I don't. I don't know ...

If i do use it, ill have to leave it home for tournaments. Ts out of the back of the boat would beat it up too much?

I have a NIB Presso that I was able to buy off a member here (thanks again Gary!)

Here is my dilemma. I know finding one of these NIB is hard, so I am torn between actually fishing with the thing, or leaving it as a shelf queen.....

Thoughts/opinions?

The caps that go in the ends of stock daiwa knobs?

Looking for some different colored drag stars, cast control knobs, etc, along with carbon swept handle and knobs, and maybe even ceramic bearings for a project I am thinking up using my USDM Zillion.

Where could one go to buy such things? Already looked @ Japan Tackle for the handle and knobs....

We arent sure of the compatibility of knobs from one shimano reel to the next, its something we need to experiment with.
