Re: Moving baits...NRX MBR vs IMX Pro...

I have had the rods you mention. My vote for your application would be a NRX+ 843c. It is certainly overkill for moving baits, but if you want one rod to do it all, this is the one.

NRX+ 873CRR and moving baits

I know this is one of the best jig and worm rods on the market. How would it be as a dual purpose rod throwing moving baits and bottom contact? Is it too powerful for underspins, spinnerbaits, chatterbaits, etc?

Re: NRX 873C CRR Balance (tip-heaviness)

I had the old NRX 873CRR and now the NRX+. It balances much better. I originally had a Metanium on there and that wasn’t tip heavy. I now have an Antares on there and the balance is fantastic.

Re: Loomis 904c

873 MBR… I would buy one. I love my 873 CRR. I ended up trading the 904c. For now, I am going to use my Expride B 7’2 as my do it all rod.

New Expride B 6’10 M impressions

I have the Expride A 6’10 M and it is perfect for jerk baits, lighter topwaters, etc. It is one of my favorite rods. The guys on Tactical Bassin say the new Exprides AB’s are the same. Some of other forums say the new rods are stiffer and not as good for jerk baits. The hadn’t fished them though, on...

Re: Souped Up : Aftermarket Bolt-On Reel Handles from Gomexus

I got mine in the mail today from Amazon. I was planning to put it on my Antares. It's very big. The handles are huge.

Re: Souped Up : Aftermarket Bolt-On Reel Handles from Gomexus

Are there any Geomexus users who can share their experiences? I am particularly interested in the ones with the cork knobs.

Re: Cork reel handles

Would the Diawa cork knobs work on the Hawgtech handles?

Cork reel handles

I just got a couple of Hawgtech reel handles. They have the Winn grip handles. I really like them, but I kind of wish I would have gotten the cork handles. Anyone have experience with those?

Re: Confirmed new Nrx coming out !!

Does anyone have experience with the 903c? I’m considering it as my all purpose rod.

Re: 2022 Bantam MGL A

I have two 2022 Bantams now. I have been very impressed. The new one casts much better. I took the JDM one I just got out yesterday for some testing. It is on my cranking set up and I was shocked at how far it casts. They are strong and smooth. I had several of the 2018 versions and the improvements...

Re: Shimano Expride Thoughts??

Does anyone have the new Expride B 6’10 M who previously had the old one. I have a couple of Expride B’s and was all set to buy the 6’10, but I’ve read on other forums that the new model is stiffer and not as good for jerkbaits. Can anyone weigh in?
