Check out the Jackson rods in either the Bastard or Super Trickster series, they make really nice finesse rods that can't be beat for the price. It's a really nice rod for the money, and will throw everything it's rated for. If you're looking for a dedicated finesse rod on the lower side of its ratings, I'd look else where.
