Re: What's your favorite NRX and why ?
I would say the 893c for its all-around versatility. As others have mentioned, it also seems to have that "it" factor that is hard to describe.
Re: Green nrx
I would chalk up any differences to individual variability in single blanks, not to the color scheme
Re: Green nrx
None, other than the painted blank for the green one.

Is it just me or is there an odd bulging near the "g loomis" logo on the rod copy for Cal's review?

Re: Megabass Essentials
Thanks all for the replies thus far. Since so many megabass items seem to get discontinued, I will expand my question to include discontinued models that can still be obtained in a reasonably easy fashion... Does that change answers?

Megabass Essentials
If one was to create an arsenal of the ten most essential megabass bass rods, what would they be? By "essential" I mean the classic rods that must absolutely be a part of any megabass arsenal. Re: ICast preview, look at new GLX
Although I like the aesthetics from what I can see, that is a real shame if they don't offer full grip models. I found their classic MBR series to be amazing and really enjoyed the full grips...
Re: New GLX?
I heard from a reliable source that the mag bass series will be updated too.

Thanks for the feedback, everyone! I'm leaning towards the 745 right now, but keeping the 746 in mind too.
