I would suggest the Abu Garcia Orra sx reel, for a reel in your price range. It pairs up nicely with my kistler rod.

Right handed, use left handed reels. Makes so much more sense to use left hand reels if you have a dominate right hand.

One more vote for the Verdict on the sensitivity factor. I have used both the veritas and verdict. The verdict model I have is the 7'3" mh, one of my all time favorite jig rods, for its price range.

As you can see in the picture bellow, the guides are bent up at a high angle. Do you think it will effect the flow of line through the guides?????? I've tried to bend them down a little, but they wont budge. And I was also wondering if the guides are meant to be bent that much, or if its just a desi...

I have heard that the verdict wasnt as durable as the veritas...is that true? I know the veritas has "nano technology" to provide a stronger, more durable stick, and the verdict doesnt have it....do you think it matters? To me, I don't think the "Nano Technology" makes a big differance in the durab...

I have both the veritas and verdict. For just 30 dollars more I would go with the verdict because I like the blank better. And there are also the falcon bucoo rods, which are also great for there price.
