The blank aligns with the...

Re: 3:16 Wake Jr topwater review!
Hmmm... now that you mention it Matt, I see it. Very subtle differences. Thanks. BassTackleDepot, where I first saw the bait, lists the BabyBass with the WakeJr so I just naturally assumed they were the same all around.Mattlures wrote:not just the colors but the whole body

Re: 3:16 Wake Jr topwater review!
So I've decided that If I want to use my Conquest 201DC for 1/2 oz cranks, I will. OMIGOD, the 201DC is a great crankbait reel! I used to use mine for spinnerbaits too! If I want to use my old upgraded, and much loved, Abu 6500s for swimbaits, I will. Don't have that reel so can't comment... *sigh*...

Re: 3:16 Wake Jr topwater review!
Question for Cal on this one: Is it safe to throw heavy 3+ oz baits with the DC without damaging it as far as gears and circuit? Might be a question you want to pose to Bantam1 in the Shimano Product Support forum. I use my reels with little regard to what others recommend ;) Having said that, I us...

Re: Extra Special Reel
Awesome looking reel.. I'm guessing that the 3000 is too big for the MB Marten's rod.... How about that bronze back SMR822s GLX for ripping those smaller jerk baits like the Vision 95 of X80... just buy it already and figure out a rod later ;) Congrats Matrix.. that's an awfully nice gift... happy ...
