Re: 2021 steez ags rods
I havent had a chance to take out the target sniper yet but I have it paired up with a 2020 met and 16lb j fluoro hidden. For those of you who have experience with the target sniper what do you think its total weight sweet spot is? I am going to primarily be using it as a jig skipping rod, but was ...

What's the going rate on an X7 Cyclone
I'm eying one that is a little rough. $155 before shipping. Worst case scenario with fees and shipping I'm looking at upper $200 range. This seem reasonable?
Re: Bantam A
Smooth and silent reels are just nice. If it's going to make buzzing noises under load then it better be sub $200. It I'm paying over $200 then I expect nice. [-( That's just me though. Others are number driven and if the Met and Bantam are the same price then they go for the lighter one. Just got t...

Re: Alphas Appreciation Thread
That 30 miller looks great on the speed style. I thought about doing that same combo but am moving my money away from BFS and just playing with what I already got.

Re: Project T 22 #6: another Tatula
I'm sure someone mentioned it already, but the inward hex screws look so much better than the old style. Was looking at my Zillion TWS and SVTW earlier and realized how awful that one front screw spot is, along with the wide open exposed brake dial. I dont mind. I like the color dials on the old Ta...

Re: megabass x7 cyclone advantage
How much would I have to pay to acquire such a stick? I have an Alphas SV with a Zonda spool I HLC spring swapped that I am keeping on the back burner for a trebble hook rod. Something that can handle 30# braid and bomb casts with a 1/2 traps over grass or 3/8 oz poppers. I had it on an xxx BE2 but ...

Re: Project T 22 #6: another Tatula
I'm suddenly feeling the urge to FOMO into one of these at $174. What if the US version is $230? Remember when the Alphas SV was going to $185 all day long in 2015 and then Daiwa released the USDM reel for like $80 more but called it an SV105? Prices shot up overnight on the Alpahs SV. I watched the...

Re: Project T 22 #6: another Tatula
Nice. Same going rate as the Elite but it's a new release so maybe the price will drop. Same site sells regular 100s for $120. I'm really curious to see how the 80 casts compared to the Elite. My Elite spool just appears to be a lightweight Tatula spool but it makes the casting super effortless and ...

Re: Last gen Zillion SV spool
I have 2 Zillion SVTWs, great reels. Really underrated for how smooth they are. If it is a right hand I might buy some parts off of you... It is Went to the same site and they had a 5 gear ratio (silver trim) listed? I always kinda wished I had converted one Zillion TWS to a cranker... I am pretty ...

Joekaz, Can you post a pic of the ad? I tried, but I couldn't get it to go with my lame phone. To post pics use this link. https://imgbb.com/ Select image board for the link type. When it generates the link just copy and paste the link and it will automatically embed. The link will be a something l...

Last gen Zillion SV spool
I remember hearing this one was good. I picked up a rough Zillion SV to steal the spool, drive shaft, Zaion drag star and knobs off of for $114 shipped or maybe less if the shipping charge gets reduced. I'm thinking I can swap on spare parts and make a Franken reel to sell for cheap and come out wit...
