give dirty jigs a try...paint finish is very durable...i fish a very rocky lake and have had no issues with them compared to other jigs i used to use that would fall apart after a days usage.....

what kind of hooks are you guys using???....unless the fish bites the tails off (which is a real piss off on the first few casts lol) i think mine do last a few fish....owner twist locks on belly weighted swim bait hooks are what i use and they hold the baits really well...once they get used up,torn...

run some mono or braid backing, you'll get more run out of a spool of shooter...

Reg 101 handle is really short.. HG is longer and is the perfect replacement.. Or a 95 mm avail one..

i love my carbon handles but it just doesn't look right on the conquest...i've changed all my other reels to them but i think i'll keep the gold handle on the cq...it looks ok but not enough for me to make the change...

low profile and casting ability...metanium in every form...the new mgl looks like another winner in the met platform.....and won't break the bank as much as a cq or antares will....

I saw a video where a guy installed bearings in a Lexa reel. He popped off the cap on the knob, unscrewed the screw, and it revealed a bearing and one bushing. To complete a bearing install on the 70 reel, would I basically just do the same thing, swapping the bushing for a second bearing? If I'm w...

i ordered three of them for my ci4s and met..they came in less than two weeks which i did not think would get here so fast...so far they look pretty good...hopefully they fit and i have no issues installing them...
