Re: U40 cork sealer on rubberized cork

I have only been able to fish the rod a couple times but the sealer has held up great. It sticks on there and absorbs/dries just as does on regular cork grips from my experience and is not slick at all. It does darken it a little also as it can on some cork handles. Hope this helps!

Re: Phenix Feather

Picked up the 6'9" MH extra fast casting rod for a do it all rod when fishing with friends and I have only been able to use it once but I really like it. I have heard Phenix rods generally fish lighter/softer than their ratings which was what I was hoping for when I ordered and I think that holds tr...

I need at least 400 yards of 8lb for dropshotting so I'm not sure if the Ryoga will be good for that...

Re: Megabass Orochi XX... What’s next for the USDM??

Has anyone found more info on these? Been excited to see the next gen since this thread started. Thanks! Information and picures will be hard to come by till the Classic. The changes to the rod as well as some new models were just finalized just before Christmas. Some great new additions with some ...

Re: G Loomis IMX MBR783C for LC Pointer 100s?

I prefer mh rods for 100 sized jerkbaits because I found I can get more aggressive action out of the baits compared to m powered rods. Used a e6x 783mbr in the past and kind of wished I kept it ](*,)

Re: Rumor? Curado K/Met. Drive gear Swap?

Thanks!

Re: Crankbait/ChatterBait Rod /w conquest 100

The XXX Destruction comes to mind. I have used it for baits from the Deep-Six to chatterbaits and it handled them like a champ (in my hands at least). Sensitive enough for plastics too and didn't feel like I missed any bites (Seaguar Invizx). Get in touch with Gary and The Tackle Trap and they shoul...
