Re: Top Water rod for 1ozers

I pointed that out as the Extreme Mission is a much nicer rod, quite the gem from the X7 line!

Re: Lets see all them Daiwa's

I really dig that Alphas. Blue is my jam - looks similar to my Steez. Who painted it? Thanks! I believe it's a Calfish paint job, it was also tuned and polished originally at TT before I bought it from it's previous owner. It's a really unique color as the paint can appear purlple, to blue ,to redd...

Re: Deep cranking rod?

I have the Megabass Launcher and was throwing this past weekend. First time for me to use it, and like it's name implies, it really launches baits. It's definitely the big brother to the Orochi XX Swingfire.

Valkyries

Thought I'd share some pics of my Valkyries. As you can see by the reels on them, they are all used for reaction baits.

Re: JDM Rod for Finesse Jigs

I've thrown 1/4 oz Kahara and other 3/16 oz finesse jigs with my Steez Racing Design 6101ML+FB, haven't caught anything with them yet but throwing them with that rod are no problem. I've also thrown the same jigs with my Megabass Northwall Eiger F3-67X and Megabass EVO C40 F2.5-68ti Cliffhanger, not...

Re: Ultimate speckled trout set-up

Had a great couple of fishing days this weekend in SW Florida. Got the opportunity to put the new Tulala Harmonix Staccato 78MHSS-HX to the test on some moderate size reds, small snook and even had a run with a 40-60 lb Tarpon. An amazing rod that I will post on later when it’s designated reel arri...

2015 Daiwa Exist and Luvias compatibility

Does anyone know if a 15 Luvias 2506H spool will fit on a 15 Exist 2510R? Would love to pick up the Luvias spool for sale on the boards as a back up with lighter line for my 15 Exist.

Re: What rod for a 2015 Exist 2003H?

Tim, I had my 15' Exist 1025 on a C40 Elseil II but since I traded that rod for an NRX, my 1025 will go back on an Edge Black Widow DSR 7101-1. In the price range you're looking for, keep an eye out for a used Megabass XX Whipsnake if you like cork, or you can get a G2 Levante version at your pricep...

Re: NRX 901 SJR Special Run

Here are some pics of the NRX 921S MR next to a Megabass Whipsnake. The Stripper guide is pretty close to the same size, the next 2 are much larger as is the tip.

Re: NRX 901 SJR Special Run

They are a lot larger. Most bass guys would consider them absolutely enormous. Great for passing leader knots. I fish an 804S a lot for heavy spinning applications and love it. Any chance you can get a pic of the inshore nrx guides vs a nrx sjr guides? Hoping to have my 921S MR this Friday, I can p...
