Yeah roger that, I did see the mod to rectify that but I'm not sure it is worth the effort in my case, I just back it off and then do it up till there's just no side play on the spool and pretty much don't touch it again, cast control then comes from mag dial adjustment for me.

Thanks for the feed back mate, OGs are the goods for what I do I reckon and yeah I have noticed the mag brake is much more sever on this reel so a bit of trial and experimenting is in order. I'm fairly sure my drag star clicks, it's just the cast control knob that doesn't but I'll have to check to m...
