Unless I am mistaken, these reels are bay jigging variants of the Alphas platform. They're not reels meant for casting.

How does the Scorpion/Curado 70 do at low spool speed control? With Daiwas the magnets continue to act upon the inductor even after centrifugal forces have diminished and the inductor has retracted. With Shimano SVS reels, once the centrifugal brakes cut out I imagine all your left with on the Curad...
