Sorry JIP, but no pictures and I don't know why. Guess we didn't think of it! mhood and D.R. were 2 stand up guys that treated me great and were a blast to fish with! We'll get pics next time.

Re: My First Time With Dobyns

Yea, D.R. called me to say that ya'll waited until I left to really start fishing. And you should tell the folks the truth...I heard that fish you caught had a two pounder down its throat and that you robbed D.R.'s poor little grandchild to catch it. You're alright Splash! It was a real pleas...

Re: My First Time With Dobyns

It was nice meeting you guys too, and I must say that you weren't nearly as belligerent, arrogant or egotistical as I thought you would be! Just wish I could say the same for D.R.! You should have stayed and fished the afternoon with us. We got into a heck of a frog bite and I wound up catchin...

Re: Nories Rod Test

Pick up a completely balanced rod in that weight range and it wont feel like one ;). Based on reviews and word of mouth from others on here im not impressed at all with Nories offerings. I have a Nories cranking rod that I really like. If you pick it up with no reel on it, it feels heavy. Once you ...

Other than the Boyd Duckett line, they have a rod made out of carrots, bright orange, and made out of carrots!

Re: LTX II vs. BCR 803

I use the He2MC66, not the 7'0". The 70 is to wimmpy for me, but the 66 has a nice action that I really like. Too wimpy as in it acts like a ML or not enough backbone? What do you use the 6'6" for lures wise? I use them for jerkbaits, topwater, shallow to medium diving cranks and shakey heads. Good...

Re: Hey TT boys.I hope ya'll got ya

Ah, come on Cal, don't hate just because I got here first "again"! Who's hatin'? I can't help it if you have nothing better to do with your time than drive 3 days on the road just so you could be early for the party and help setup. Not my idea of a good time - no siree. You can have it. ;) Ye...

Ah, come on Cal, don't hate just because I got here first "again"! We finished setting up, (after 3 days aon the road dragging a trailer) early and I went snoopin'. Don't worry, I won't steal your scoop! You're actually right, (and I'm starting to get tired of saying that) but display booths, ...

Re: LTX II vs. BCR 803

I know, that's why I put the laughing guy at the end. This argument has played out so many times and never winds up nice. I think the LTX is more sensitive, but I was mainly picking at Tngambler. The only way you're going to figure this out is to try both of them yourself and make up your own mind. ...
