Are you talking casting or spinning? I can't help with casting, but I know St. Croix makes both a 6'6" MF and a 7' MF Legend Elite 2-piece rod. They weigh in at 3.5 and 3.7 ounces respectively. I have the 7' 2-pc, and feel it is just as sensitive as my 7' MF 1-pc Legend Extreme.
