Re: The Highest Example – The Edge Epitome Rods from Gary Loomis
The rod does indeed weigh 3oz on my scale, but it doesn’t feel eye-openingly light when I’m holding it. Ultimately it’s just 10-15% lighter than a bunch of other rods; noticeable when directly comparing it to other rods, but only then. And unfortunately the rod is tip-heavy: it balances a few inche...

Re: What's Big to You? Talking about the Size of Bass
My biggest is only little over 6# caught 2015 its gigantic
Ive only caught 1 bass that was 5# that was in 2017 so its huge
So to me an 18" 3pound bass is big and would be very happy catching that size

Re: Which is your favorite knot?
Fishnfool knot
It is the uni knot but through the eye twice not once.
For even more strength/less slip I double the line over then tie the fishnfool. With this my nanofil line holds way better than palomar or double palomar as recommended.
8# nanofil will hold to 12# with doubled fnf knot.

Re: 22 Zillion TW HD
I'm not sure it needs to be harped on further, but it's just bearing buzz and vibration. It's the factory Zillion HD boost spool, and It's plenty audible even on a short flip of the wrist cast. (It's an iPhone mic out on the lake, so you have to turn the volume up) https://www.youtube.com/shorts/Wd...

Re: What is your bass fishing identity?
I dont identify with any choice.
dont throw big swimbaits
dont hate spinning gear
dont have huge tackle boxes of gear- use a relatively small tackle bag 9"x12" for most outings
I did choose 'go big go home' cause I used a 3.8" keitech swing impact fat to catch my PB bass.
