I love my Bantam, but aside from the JDM PG model, I can't find one reason to choose it over the Metanium. The Metanium is essentially the same reel with a better spool and lighter package.

Noisy, geary Stradic FL
I just bought two new 2500FL and one is smooth as can be. The other is noisy, like a whispy sound from the rotor, and you can feel the gears quite a bit when you reel it slowly. Is there a quick fix by chance? I can't exchange the reel yet because I'm leaving for a week long fishing trip in two days.

Re: New updated Omen Black
Glad the split grip is gone. Wish they'd do the same for the Envy. Hope they made the handles a little longer.

Omen Musky
I was curious if you could list the rear handle lengths for the Omen Musky rods. Want to snag one, but prefer a long handle and can't find the specs.
Thanks
Thanks

Re: Muse Black series
If you could just go ahead and release the Gold, that'd be great. I kind of want one NOW. We're getting some unseasonably warm weather and I'm thinking the walleye will be up on the dam to spawn in early March.

Re: Muse Black series
I was told we'll hear more about the Muse Black at ICast, but it's not coming too soon. Muse Gold supposed to be March, or thereabouts.

Re: Curado 200I Casting Help.
How do you have your spool tension set? I set mine so it has a very slow fall and have no issues at all with braking. Don't even need to thumb it most baits and still get good distance.

Thanks for all the insight Jim. I've worked in composites my entire adult life, so I enjoy all that nerdy stuff lol. I also want to commend you for the orange blazer. You got bigger nuts than me.

Re: Edge Rods Expands Their Product Offering
The Black Widow already uses the highest quality blank and Ti-SiC guides. Are they just charging more now for a few more expensive guides and a fancier handle?

Yes! The KP components will be available in the Trickshop. They will look sweet on the A model.... Matt 13 Fishing Only question I have is, will the KP spool, drag star, and handle, be available for separate purchase through the trick shop? I certainly understand if you want to keep it "exclus...

Only question I have is, will the KP spool, drag star, and handle, be available for separate purchase through the trick shop? I certainly understand if you want to keep it "exclusive" to your high end product, but I can't stop thinking about how sweet they'd look on a Concept A. Otherwise,...

Re: 2014 scorpion made in japan?
but If I find a scorpion for a good proce I'll jump all over it I will probably do the same. I did handle the new Curado at DSG the other day and it seemed as though, just from reeling it, that it was overloaded big time with lubrication. This was not a display reel but one in it's box that the cle...
