mine is on a JDM flexlite in a 6.6 and have no issues. I must say i'm not a big fan of the reel. I use braid and find the floro leader getting caught up in the v type guide. The rod just ends up back in the locker. Might just move it on or just spool it with straight floro

Awesome unit i would be lost without as i don't yet have a power pole. Depending which unit you have instalation can be a bit tricky

Seems to be about right. One thing i wouls is consistantly change yout depth and ping speed setting to suit your fishing. gives you the best possible picture

I'd go the lowrance hds7 and then get the scructure scan later down the track

I'd go the downscan on the lowrance. I use both where i work and find the performance and ease of use of the lowrance to be better than tthan the bird. The new 360' might be worth a look

I've had mine for about two years now and it has a great spot lock. Good for deep water. I aslo use both the cruise control and the tolling guide

I feel ya Mhood, but i have got the 04 pixzilla on my elese. I might have to switch some reels around. Was just thinking on this 04 6'6 i might add a new reel to my line up. Just not sure what

I've just picked picked up a second pixy 04 6'6 not sure what to reel to pair it with.
On my other i have a steez. I was thinking maybe a pixy-R or even T3 or wait till icast and see whats around. any thoughts fellas?
