Thanks for all of the info. Seems people like the Croix crank rods. I guess I need to head to Dorn and try to find one or have them order me one.
Anyone have any other suggestions? Mojo vs Premier?

Multipurpose Reaction Rod
My bass arsenal consists of only 2 casting rods. I have a 6'6'' Med and 7ft MH. Both are fast action rods. They work great for texas rigs, flippin', jigs, and such, but I am begining to feel that I need something a little slowerer or more forgiving when I fish jerkbaits, cranks, and traps. Last year...

Re: Favorite shallow (to 1 1/2ft) hardbaits?
My go to shallow bait is the DT FAT 01. If I want something smaller I toss a bomber square A. I ordered a pair of IMA Roumbas (1 frog and 1 stink bug) and cannot wait to try them.

Re: Rainwear Suggestions
When I was looking at replacing my Colombia rain gear I looked everywhere. Cabelas set me up pretty good. I got Goretex pack lite pants and a jacket for less than some of the jackets cost alone. I spoke to one of the sales guys and let him know that since I don't do alot of hunting in the rain I don...

I have had a few extremes, and I still own one. For the price I don't think you could do any better.

Re: How many blade combinations do you carry?
I keep single colorados and single willows near the top of my spinner binder. When the double willows or tandems dont produce the solos some times do. I also have a sebile pro shad finess with its odd shaped blades. Havent thrown it yet, but I plan to once the season opens up.

Re: only one reel?
If I had to choose 1 reel to fish with for the rest of my life it would be my old red ABU 7000. I can be 100% sure that the reel with last longer than I will.

Re: Spinning Gear? Why....
I like all of my weightless presentations on spinning gear. I find spinning gear also much easier to use for smaller jerkbaits. For 04 and 06 sized x-raps, floaters, 65 sized pointers, and such I find it much easier to get the action I want out of them with a spinning set up. Also braid seems to be ...

Mine should be here tomorrow. I ordered 2 from TW, 1 in RT Crappie, and 1 in RT Orange Belly Bluegill. I want to try them on a wire leader to see how they do against some early season pike once the lakes open up.

Hey don't hate on us because of the Pack! World Champs two years in a row! Go lock out! I was just at the Cabelas in PDC (the midwest distribution center) and saw the 50th aniversary spinning reel, but not the zillion. :( Plus they didn't have the old prodigy, just the new souped up exceller. They A...

Re: What color Senko should I use?
Try using something totally out of the ordinary. I've been expeirmenting this year. I make my own senkos and have been making alot of tri and quad colors. I have one thats a perch pattern thats been working deadly this season. I use white senkos with plastic dyes. Instead of buying alot of senkos t...

Re: Bass pro
Hey sales like that happen some times. 2 years back I got a bionic blade for a dollar when I purchased an extreme. Both were new old stock, but who cares if they were the "old" models?
