Re: Z man Jack Hammer

I marshaled for Jason Christie during an Elite series event and he threw a Jack hammer. He paid for them out of his own pocket too.

Re: Braid/Fluro Leader Question

Why mess with tying a leader when you could just go strait 25Lb Flouro. That is what I would do.

Re: hook set on senko

Got to give them the ol 1, 2 then set the hook. Got to have it in their mouth before you bury a hook in their mouth.

Re: Crappie rod

x2 for St Croix Panfish series. Very nice ultralight rods. Buddies used to out crappie fish me 2 to 1. Bought me a couple these rods and paired them with Pflueger Supreme reels and now it's a back and forth battle on who catches the most.

Re: new UL rod

I picked up a couple St. Croix Panfish series rods and like them a lot. I got the 5'6" and a 6'. Shorter rods for fishing around and shooting docks.

I just fish a hardier senko from Ozark Tackle. Worm last thru several bites typically with out having to mess it the O rings.

Re: Jerkbait rod

St Croix Mojo 6'8" medium. I use it for double duty on my walking topwater as well. It does both well for me.
