Re: Left handle shaft for 04 Stella 1000

I was the one that asked....Good luck. I found the "correct" part number (thanks to Dan) on ebay and it came in the wrong part--the seller listed it wrong. I looked for months and the only option I found was another handle with a left shaft....and the guy wanted $100...I gave up and sold my reel to ...

Stradic CI4+ 1000 binding up/randomly gets hard to reel

I have a handful of these for crappie fishing and yesterday one started getting hard to reel. It was 28 degrees so I thought maybe it was freezing but it kept doing it even after it warmed up into the 40s. Some times it reels free then all of a sudden get hard to reel. I had an issue way back in the...

Re: Exsence dc 17 dc sound gone

As stated above, I had a Conquest 200 DC that would lose the whine because I didn't use it enough (only for summer deep-cranking) and I would have to send it to Shimano to "recharge" after not using it for many months. They recharge via the cast, not by any external means. Exactly what I meant...no...

Re: Desperate need of a right handle shaft that fits a JDM '07 Stella 2000s

It is the similar Stella to the FD but the handle is like the SW where the shaft is removable and there is a different shaft for right and left...and I only have the left.

Desperate need of a right handle shaft that fits a JDM '07 Stella 2000s

I bought a 2007 JDM Stella 2000s and it came as is, with a left handle. I have realized I have too many spinning reels. I recently sold it to an aquaintance, without knowing they were left handed and want a right handle. Does anyone know where one could source this right handle shaft?...or compatibl...

Re: IMX PRO 845C CBR or 847C CBR

847 is the answer (7/8 oz and a long bill is way too much for an 845), HOWEVER, I firmly believe that you will HATE throwing a deep diving crankbait on a 7' rod. You will not get the casting distance you need to get that bait to depth. From one of the biggest Loomis fans on this board (I think I cur...

If it’s this model it was 69000 yen for the 2000s
That’s it. Thanks

Original price on the 2007 JDM Shimano Stella 2000S?

Does anybody remember what the original price on this reel was? Or on the 2500 FD? I feel like the FD was $649, but cannot remember for the life of me...

Re: NRX 854c or GLX 894c?

In my opinion the 854 fishes lighter, in my hands, with a softer tip. If I had to pick of cut off, where where I would go "up" to the 894,it would be around 1/2 oz. My buddy (I sold mine) uses the 854 as his go-to for 3/8 jig with a relatively smaller trailer. He also really likes it t-rigging aroun...

So far, I have primarily measured monos, copolymers, and flourocarbons. The only braid I’ve measured is 30# PowerPro Spectra which, incidentally, is only about 2% thicker than its claimed diameter of .011 in.
You are able to go out to 1/10,000 or 1/100,000 of an inch? Just curious?
