I am sorry but Daiwa U.S. only services the reels that we sell in the U.S. We do not stock any parts for JDM Reels. It is quite the investment for the amount of reels that we would actually sell. So I guess you would have to go back to where you purchased it. Sorry. Thanks anyway. I guess i have to...

In Japan, Daiwa doesn't sell these parts. You have to send the reel back to the store so they can send it back to Daiwa. Daiwa will replace them for you. The 6000 and 8000 size are also graphite. Bantam, there are a lot of shops saying that the 8000FJ rotor is aluminum. Other forumers (360Tuna and BDOutdoors) are saying that they received email from Shimano support stating that the 8000 rotor is aluminum. Can I request for a confirmation on the 8000...

Any confirmation whether Stradic FJ is all aluminum?
