The drag washer should most likely be replaced. I would recommend using carbontex as a replacement upgrade which can be left dry or greased. I read on another post that the Concept A has single bearing knobs if this is true wouldn’t that change the Feature ratings slightly from 7.14 to 6.42 by adjusting the knob bearings rating of 3 to 2 and the total from 10 to 9. This would only drop the final rating from 7.95 to 7.84 (7.836).
