Re: Inshore reel for 7M Expire glass
Tranx 150 or Daiwa Costal are the only baitcasters I'd throw inshore. I threw a Tatula ct inshore for a while, the salt got to the bearings pretty quick.
Re: Curado M
ya thats the thumb bar that fell apart on everyone when the K first came out. I thought that since they changed it for the Curado 150 mgl and the Tranx 150 it was gone forever. instead they bring it back ugh. I read from Dan or Bantam1 that this updated thumbar has been remedied of the previous iss...
Curado M
What a let down.I can not believe they stuck with that k style thumb bar on the new m. Does a straight thumb bar make too much since ? And, the cast control knob looks hideous. So, another 5 or 6 years of a ugly Curado 200, it is...This is just my opinion.Tight lines.

Re: Daiwa Deep Crankbait Reel Options
Tat 150 P is perfect for anything up to 8xd. For 10xd I'd go 200. Do yourself a favor, open it up and grease the main gear and lube the spool bearings, tatulas come dry for the most part. I run a 150 p ,never have gotten into throwing 10xd's.

Re: Daiwa Tatula 300/400 Review?
The 300 is the bee's knees! That said, make sure you need the capacity and power. It is an 11oz reel and you feel every bit of it. For me, bass fishing with it was overkill. Barramundi look like a blast and could put up a fight worthy of the reel though. After a bit more looking I think The Steez A...

Re: Tatula disengaging
I was kinda of in a hurry to get off the water ,when it made the sound. I'll fish it again in a few days (supposed to rain all weekend ) and see if it happens again , if it's the AR that's a easy fix I have a extra one.

Tatula disengaging
I have a tatula 100 (newer version) on my frog rod , it seems like the thumb bar is disengaging when I set the hook , any ideas ? Thanks in advanced.

Kvd spray , is nothing more than 303 aerospace protectant , reel magic is just silicone spray.
Dale Hollow tangle free line dressing , is more like fly line dressing. I've been using it for years with no ill effect.
Pline cxx or Izorline XXX , is the real deal. Big Game is pretty soft.

Re: JDM site for hard to get baits ?
Thanks ,Diggy. I'm on underground but not the others , thanks for the heads up ! DRT put baits up last night. If you see the USA account on IG make a post on Sat night, they usually put baits up. They started making a post and having the restocks go hand in hand. I've also purchased DRT from Monste...

Re: Curado 150 platform as a future 200?
I'd love to see the 150 design moved to the next 200's. My main complaint for the 200k and the slx reels is the ergonomics of the thumbar. I couldn't stand it.
What's up with the new Tranx 150 ? Nobody talking about it ?

I use TSI on bearings , it last for a very long time. Longer than the TG's rocket fuel I used before..Dawn at smooth drag ,sells small bottles.
